This Privacy Policy applies to ownroom.xyz and communications you choose to send to Ownroom.xyz LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Ownroom (“Ownroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), about our creator-infrastructure services. It does not govern third-party platforms or a client's separately operated community, campaign, or publishing accounts.
2. The data-light website
The current website has no account registration, checkout, contact form, analytics package, advertising pixel, or behavioral advertising system. We do not intentionally set non-essential cookies on this site.
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data—such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamp, and security events—to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability. This operational data is handled under the provider's terms and retention practices.
3. Information you choose to send
If you message Ownroom on Instagram or another channel, we receive the profile, contact, brand, business, project, and communication information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, evaluate fit, prepare a scope or proposal, provide requested services, protect our business, and meet legal obligations.

We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the business, protect rights or safety, comply with law, or complete a corporate transaction. Ownroom is a business service for creators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information through this website from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. If we add analytics, advertising technologies, forms, or accounts, we will update this notice and implement consent controls where required before using them.
